vit4mind is a digital product. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right of use — not a right of resale, redistribution, or sublicensing. Since vit4mind is delivered digitally, traditional returns do not apply. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we offer refunds under the conditions described below.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided that you have not substantially accessed or used the digital content.
Refunds will be granted in the following cases:
- The product does not function as described on our website.
- You are unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our end that cannot be resolved.
- You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate or erroneous charges).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The digital content has been substantially accessed, downloaded, or used.
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
- You changed your mind after accessing the digital content.
- Access issues caused by your own equipment, software, internet connection, or failure to meet the stated system requirements.
- Promotional purchases, discounted plans, or gift codes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and the email address associated with your purchase.
- Date of purchase and order number or proof of purchase.
- A description of the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you experience any technical problems accessing or using vit4mind, please contact us before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly and will work with you to ensure you can access the product as intended.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
However, for digital content supplied online, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You give your prior express consent to begin the delivery and access of the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
- You acknowledge that by accessing the digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal.
If both conditions are met at the time of purchase, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply once you have begun accessing the content.
If you have not accessed the digital content and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at david.fernandez@ctoasaservice.es.
License and Usage Rights
Your purchase of vit4mind grants you a right of use subject to the following conditions:
- Personal and non-transferable: Your license is for your individual use only and may not be shared with or transferred to third parties.
- Non-exclusive: Other users may also be granted the same right of use.
- No resale or redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the product available to others in any form.
Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your access without refund.
